Competitions

ACF National Championships began in 1988. They have been held annually (with the exception of 2001). Each member state, on a rotational basis, hosts the Championships in July each year.

In more recent years the program has been expanded to include Calisthenic Solo and Calisthenic Duo items.

ACF National Rules
Approximately every two years, delegates from each member state are invited to a forum to discuss and review the National Rules. The aim of the rules is to keep them simple, whilst at the same time, allowing the creativity of calisthenics to flow freely.
